I understand that the purpose of this Preventative Maintenance Program is to help maintain my equipment, improve its performance, identify potential issues, and reduce the likelihood of unexpected problems or breakdowns.

I understand that preventative maintenance does not guarantee that equipment will not fail or that future repairs will not be needed. Existing problems, hidden defects, normal wear and tear, age-related failures, or future breakdowns may occur before, during, or after a maintenance service and may not be prevented by participation in this program.

If a problem or breakdown occurs with covered equipment while I am an active member of the Preventative Maintenance Program, I understand that I may be eligible for special member discounts on qualifying diagnostic, repair, labor, or other services, subject to the terms and conditions of the program. These discounts do not guarantee that repairs will be free or that all services will qualify for a discount.

Preventative maintenance is intended to help identify and address potential issues when possible, but it does not replace necessary repairs or guarantee the continued operation of any equipment.
